Ghana Trade and Investment Programme

Ghana, the gateway to business with Africa, has taken decisive steps to facilitate trade and investment to and from the country. Most important of these is the innovative Gateway project, a part of the Ghana Trade & Investment Gateway Programme (GHATIG).

The programme currently co-ordinates the activities of the following seven key agencies central to business with Ghana and indeed all of Africa:

• Ghana Investment Promotion Centre
• Ghana Free Zones Board
• Ghana Civil Aviation Authority
• Ghana Ports & Harbour Authority
• Ghana Customs, Excise & Preventive Service
• Ghana Immigration Service
• Ghana Environmental Protection Agency
